Account Deletion

Delete your URflashcards account.

This is the public deletion page for users who want to remove their account and associated cloud data. It matches the in-app deletion flow and gives support a clear fallback when sign-in is not possible.

In app
Settings > Cloud Sync > Delete Account.

The fastest way to remove your account

  1. Sign in to URflashcards.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Cloud Sync.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion prompts.

Data removed with the account

  • Your cloud-synced account data.
  • Your local app storage tied to the account.
  • Progress, stats, custom cards, and sync state associated with the account.
Subscriptions are managed separately through Google Play or Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, and purchase records may remain with the store or RevenueCat according to their policies and legal obligations.

Use email if the app is not available

Email support@urflashcards.com from the address associated with your account and include Account Deletion Request in the subject line.

We will use that request to process deletion manually. We may ask for additional confirmation if the request does not come from the account email address.

How the request is handled

Once the request is received and verified, we use the account details to remove cloud data and then complete the account deletion flow. Some provider logs, store purchase records, fraud-prevention records, or legal records may remain with third-party providers according to their own policies.
